We only work with the world's best manufactures all of which have their own warranty, return and refund policies which we always advise to review and get details about if an issue should arise. We also offer our own internal six month warranty and will either fix or replace any product that breaks within the first six months of purchase.

Protab Stuff Frequently Asked Questions Page (FAQ) #2: Do You Buy and Sell Used Tablet Accessories?

Unfortunately we do not buy or sell any tablets and only work with new manufacture products. We do have a refurbished products section where we do sell used items but all are factory refurbished products that all come directly from the producer. We also want to point out that while we do not sell used tablets, accessories and parts we do have a mail in recycling program if you do want to get rid of old electronics while still keeping the environment in mind.

Yes we can ship your purchased item to wherever you want and can also have it gift wrapped for you while also including a written note or card. If its during one of the busy holiday season please do assure you get your order in early so that it arrives on time. Also be sure to double check your card or note for the correct spelling and message.
